He was ready to āpass the torchā and start a new chapter.Ā Perhaps heāll build another home somewhere in rural Oregon or perhaps heāll elect a more urban setting for a time.Ā I think I enjoy helping people figure out their next move that best suits their situation almost as much as the actual real estate pursuit.

Ā McMinnville is a long way away from North Portland, and I had a moment of hesitation when I was asked by Anthony to list his property.Ā Itās always flattering to know that your FRIENDS are that supportive of your business practice, but itās also a whole lot of pressure in some ways too.Ā AnthonyĀ vehemently believed I was the one for the job, and I trusted his enthusiasm so off I went to meet him at his home to discuss the selling process.Ā Iāve made the drive several times before, and always find the time in the car to be very relaxing.Ā I tend to keep the radio off and once Iām out of the city I roll down ALL the windows, look around, smell the fresh air and unwind a bit from my normal grind.Ā On this occasion, Iām driving up the familiar dirt road and I encounter a visitor.Ā One thing you must know about me is that I love ALL animals, and this little guy, made my day.Ā Talk about a jolt into another reality!Ā This ājobā I have never fails to amaze me!
