No two transactions are ever the same. What is best for one person or couple, may not be what’s best for another, and making sure my clients have an experience that works best for them is VERY important to me. Unlike the last sell-buy, in which I helped my family simultaneously sell their old home and buy a new (Read full story here), my clients Hannah and Sam knew it was best for them to buy their next home before selling the current house on N. Armour street.
When I first met Hannah in 2010, the house on N. Armour St was the perfect starter home for a young, single, professional woman. I’ve been fortunate enough to be along on her journey as she married Sam and they both prepared to find their new home as husband and wife.
Knowing they wanted to live in a walkable and hip area that meshed with their artistic lifestyle as designers, they set their search on the Buckman area. With a walk score or 93, and a bike score of 99, the Buckman neighborhood on the inner Southeast side can’t be beat! The gorgeous Victorian home they found is a designers’ dream! With a home in hand that had nearly double the square footage, and plenty of parks within walking distance for their adorable corgi to run around, they were ready to sell their old home and begin the next chapter of their life together.
This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 1387 sq ft home at 6912 N. Armour sold November 3, 2014 for $232,500. And Hannah and Sam are now settled and happy in their new home. A win-win! Congratulations to everyone!
